Post 1: The WORST PLACE I Have Been

Hello everyone, today I’m going to talk about the worst place I´ve ever been. Well, I can’t say that is the worst place i’ve been but, i really don’t like La Serena. This city was founded in 1544 by Captain Juan Bohón under the name of “Villanueva de la Serena”, 5 years later the indigenous attacked all the colonisers, destroyed and burned the city. In 1549, following the orders by Pedro de Valdivia, the Captain Francisco de Aguirre refunded the city with the name of “Saint Bartolomé de la Serena” , in the same place where today the plaza de armas of the city is located.

My opinion is totally subjective and probably for some of you, my reasons, are really bad. Having said that, I have problems travelling in all the vehicles that exists, even planes, make me feel sick so only thinking about distance between Santiago and La Serena is 6 hours trip by bus makes me feel disgusted, also the view of the road isn’t the best, with the exception of the wind farm. I don’t find interesting the city either, and here’s when a totally unpopular opinion comes , the beacon is horrible and i don’t think that it have the potencial to be the principal attracion of the city. The beach hasn't had anything attractive, the sand is unconfortable and you can't swim in the sea, so for this side the city doesn't have anything to offer for me.

Anyway, this is only my opinion and probably it's very unpopular, maybe all of you think otherwise and i respect that! . Saying that i can also find something postive about this place, and that is the weather, i love the weather in La Serena.
